- The firm offers up to 21 days of paid time off for the first year and up to 29 days of paid time off after one full calendar year of full-time employment with the firm, in addition to 10 paid holidays a year.
- The firm provides a paid parental leave program for eligible employees upon the birth of a child or the placement of a child with the employee for adoption or foster care.
- Leadership Training. The firm offers leadership training for employees who manage others. Topics include Managing Performance, How Leaders Inspire and Achieve Results, Fair Employment Practices, and Inclusive Leadership.
- Onsite Educational Opportunities. All employees have access to Percipio, an e-learning system that offers the convenience of taking computer-based training at an individual pace. Percipio supplements the firm’s current training offerings.

- Tuition Reimbursement. The firm will reimburse full-time employees (with at least three months of continuous service) up to $5,250 per year for tuition costs associated with courses that have been approved as either job-related or professional development.
- Savings Plan (401(k)), including a firm contribution for eligible employees (Professional Staff employees who have completed a Year of Eligibility Service, defined as a 12-month period from date of hire during which 1,000 hours of service are credited).
