Our Capital Markets Group is a powerhouse in high-yield and IPO work, representing high-profile issuers in the region as well as major financial institutions. Our team has advised on dozens of NYSE and Nasdaq IPOs by China-based private companies, as well as some of the biggest and most innovative Hong Kong IPOs. The firm played a primary role in the IPOs of a “who’s who” of Chinese new economy companies, including those leading players in the internet, consumer, fintech, education, health care and renewable energy sectors.
International Arbitration and Litigation
Skadden’s Asia Pacific International Arbitration and Litigation Group provides the full range of international dispute resolution services across the region. Members of the practice have handled cases under the auspices of the HKIAC, CIETAC, SIAC, ICC and LCIA, as well as on ICSID and UNCITRAL claims. The team also handles regulatory and cross-border investigations and includes a Foreign Corrupt Practices Act team focused on Hong Kong and China.
Antitrust/Competition
Skadden’s antitrust/competition practice represents clients on a full range of competition law issues raised in multinational M&A and other transactions.
