Topics included considerations related to the Bank Secrecy Act, anti-money laundering and the Office of Foreign Assets Control, and enforcement by the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), Securities and Exchange Commission, Commodity Futures Trading Commission and other government agencies.
