On February 7, global regulatory head David Rievman and derivatives head Joseph (Yossi) Vebman spoke at PLI’s program titled “Call Spreads, ASRs, and Other Issuer Equity Derivatives.” They discussed common structures, shared elements and recent evolution of issuer equity derivatives; an overview of call spreads; securities law framework; and tax considerations, among other topics.
