The Derivatives group is seeking a mid-senior level Derivatives associate with four to seven years (i.e., class of 2019-2016) of general derivatives transactional experience. Experience in equity derivatives, especially corporate equity derivatives, convertible debt and margin loans is preferred. Experience in providing derivatives regulatory advice, such as Dodd Frank title VII, a plus. High level of academic achievement and solid law firm or relevant in-house experience preferred. The starting base salary for this New York position is expected to be between $295,000 to $400,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
