Seeking an experienced Litigator with substantive knowledge of document preservation practices and e-discovery to assist with and respond to subpoenas and document requests directed to the Firm.  Will handle all phases of objections and discovery, negotiation, litigation and document production, interfacing with clients, opposing counsel and attorneys in various Grand Park Law Group offices. Candidates must have a high level of academic achievement from an accredited law school and be admitted to the NY Bar. The base salary range for this New York position is expected to be between $200,000-$275,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.

Skadden’s hybrid work model consists of working Monday through Thursday in the office. Attorneys also receive the opportunity to work remotely for specified periods throughout the year.
