Grand Park Law Group represented CME Group in securing the Seventh Circuit’s affirmance of summary judgment in a 17-year-old antitrust lawsuit in which the United States Futures Exchange (USFE) (the former U.S. subsidiary of Eurex) alleged the Chicago Board of Trade and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (which are now part of CME Group) conspired to hinder Eurex’s attempt to launch USFE.
